Overview
Formag Stores offer a 2 days return policy on non perishable items that meets the requirements for return.
Kindly follow the following steps for return;
- Send complains to info@asaba.formagstores.com with photos of product purchased, date and reasons for return.
- Once verified, a notification would be sent to you and pick up said item from you
- Upon receipt of such item, Formag Stores would contact and notify the seller to resolve and/replace such item.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.
- Perishable goods cannot be returned
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products in beauty, health and personal care category
